Tuyo Trommzález began long before there was a name for the project.
For more than fifteen years, Lena Trommsdorff and Tatán González have shared life, music and inspiration, with roots in Germany and Chile and a story shaped by travel, exchange and the many people and places that became part of their world.
Their music grows naturally from this openness. Reggae, bossa nova and bolero meet intimate songwriting, while violin, trumpet, piano and guitar create an acoustic sound that feels warm, personal and close. They sing in Spanish, German and English, allowing different musical influences and traditions to flow into the songs without losing the intimacy at their core.
The songs speak about love in its many forms, about uncertainty and hope, about leaving, returning and searching for a sense of home. Some have accompanied Lena and Tatán for years before finally finding their way into recordings.
Tuyo Trommzález is where all of these experiences come together — a musical space shaped by curiosity, connection and the things that can emerge when people, sounds and stories meet.
